- All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground.
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
- All jewelry is shipped in heat-sealed plastic bags. For health reasons, and the safety of our customers, jewelry cannot be returned if the seal on the bag is broken.
- If the jewelry is damaged during shipping, or if you receive the incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately.
- An item(s) damaged during shipping may be returned for a full refund. However, the item(s) MUST be returned in the original, SEALED packaging.
- The appearance of organic jewelry may vary due to the nature of organic materials and manufacturing. See our organic guide for care and information

- If you believe that you have received the incorrect item(s), please double-check your order. A refund will only be issued if the item(s) shipped does not match your order.
- Merchandise is usually shipped within 3-7 business days of the order date. Braindrops.com is updated regularly, and we maintain stock of most of the items for sale on our website. From time to time, however, an item may need to be re-stocked. You will be notified immediately if the item(s) that you ordered is not currently available for any reason.
- If, due to the length of the production process, the item(s) cannot be shipped within a reasonable amount of time, or if the item(s) cannot be re-stocked (antiques, unique pieces, limited edition pieces, etc.), Braindrops' knowledgeable staff can recommend a suitable alternative. If that alternative is not satisfactory, you may cancel your order.
